In 2009 the Sam Francis Foundation donated a gift of more than five-hundred prints to the Milwaukee Art Museum (MAM) that constitutes the largest repository worldwide of Francis's limited edition artworks in a museum collection. There are works that cover the artist's career from 1960, his very first foray into the medium, to posthumous editions authorized prior to November 4, 1994.
The documentation record for this print edition has been updated by the Sam Francis Foundation in 2023 with additional research information discovered after the 1992 publication.
